An analysis and praise from world-famous vocal experts are pouring in on BTS’ special vocal talent.

Carl John Franz, the author and renowned vocal coach of “Becoming a Natural Singer,” picked Tom York of Grammy Award-winning “Radiohead” as the most similar vocalist to Jimin’s among the analysis of Jimin’s solo song “prompt.

“Tom York” is one of the world’s top 100 vocals selected by Rolling Stone magazine for its unique Palsetto singing style. Rolling Stone magazine’s “Great Pop Song List” included Radiohead’s “Fake Plastic Trees,” and Tom York released his third solo album in July, demonstrating his unwavering prowess.

Justin Burke, singer-songwriter and founder of vocal training platform SINGR, analyzed the vocals, saying, “Jimin is Choi Ae-jin” and “Jimin is really good and I’m looking forward to it.”
